Blackberry Pomegranate Ginbucha Recipe

Here’s our EXCLUSIVE gut-healthy Blackberry Pomegranate Ginbucha recipe for you to serve at your next holiday gathering (or for your personal nightcap when the kids go to bed).


  • 2 oz. gin (we used Hendrix)
  • 4 oz. ginger kombucha (use as needed)
  • 1.5 oz. carbonated water
  • 1 tbsp. blackberry pomegranate simple syrup
  • blackberries, pomegranate seeds, and basil for garnish
  • crushed ice


In a highball glass, fill ¾ of the glass with crushed ice. In a separate shaker, add 2 oz. of gin and 1 tablespoon of blackberry pomegranate simple syrup. Stir contents of shaker and pour over crushed ice. Add 4 oz. of ginger kombucha and 1.5 oz. of carbonated water and garnish with blackberry, pomegranate seeds, and basil.

Serve to your family and friends (or just yourself!) immediately. Enjoy!
